I know I’ve seen this image before, but I happened upon it again today and thought it worth sharing. I don’t even know who to credit, but it’s all over Google images.
Anybody who has ever been part of an organization that is trying to re-invent itself, restructure, re-align priorities, revamp–whatever–can appreciate the myriad of excuses there are to obstruct or delay change. And these are particularly applicable to the library world right now. And, hey, 50 is good, solid number (I just turned 50 yesterday). Enjoy!
