I’m heading to ALA on Sunday, so I’m sure my next post (next week) will revolve around all that I see and do in NOLA. In the meantime, in honor of Friday (possibly the worst day for a new post), I thought I would pay tribute to one of my favorite things–quotes, sayings, whatever you want to call them. While I believe it’s important to have original thoughts and put those thoughts into original words, there are too many well-stated thoughts out there already to ignore. I think a love of quotes stems from a love of words and how best to put them together in meaningful ways (also known as writing). So, taken straight from my Facebook info and in no particular order, here is a list of some of my favorites. I’m constantly adding to this list, so it is not exhaustive by any means. Feel free to post some of your favorites, too.
